Each accessory is made with care.  These designs are only found and sold at aerenwaters.com or listed stockists. 

• Each design is created and made either by Nerea or her experienced manufacturing team.  The designs by Aeren Waters are only found and sold here at aerenwaters.com or listed and approved stockists.  

• For ONLINE purchases

  • Aeren Waters does not offer returns. To better assist you, we offer exchanges and store credits. If you would like to exchange an order or receive a store credit, please complete the store credit/exchange form on our website. We look forward to helping you with your order.  Please note that unused items can be exchanged or receive a store credit within 7 days of delivery date. All sale items are final sale. Items must be returned to Aeren Waters LLC in the same condition they were received in. Store credits are valid for up to 30 days of the original order date. Any store credits that are not used in that time frame will no longer be eligible. Aeren Waters is not responsible for any shipping and handling fees associated with exchange orders.

• For PRE-ORDER purchases

  • The return policy is the same as above, EXCEPT store credits are valid up to 30 days from when the returned item is received by Aeren Waters, LLC.

• Items must be returned to Aeren Waters' headquarters in the same condition they were received in.

• We do not refund money or provide a store credit for lost items that were shipped to the address listed on the order invoice during checkout. 

• Please note that items, which are purchased at a discount, are final sale.

• We would like to reiterate the fact that we promise our customers a quick response to their issue and our best efforts to ensure that their issue is addressed.
